I AM SOOO SORRY! I feel awful, I completely forgot that you asked me for critique. Please forgive me =[

Firstly, I really really like this image. It's a really neat design and concept, and the text is love <3 I like the composition and positioning of the background, however the rock isn't colourised to fit the background correctly. The background is pink and orange whilst the rock is blue and sticks out. To make it fit, try duplicating the rock layer, colourising that in pinky-orange, then setting the blend mode to 'color' and messing with the opacity.

The horse is perfectly positioned and the top half of him is well colourised, and his proportions in relation to the rest of the picture are spot on. I notice that his legs and hooves are a slight green colour, left over from the photo. Try and re-colourise these with the same method I said for the rock. He is also a little blurry round the edges, but not overly so. The forelock isn't bad, but I would recommend using a small sized smudge tool with 70-80% smudge to bring out more individual strands of hair and give it a more realistic look. Just don't go over the top =]

The wings look nice, and are a good colour. They may be a little small though, and you need to try and define the wing joint a little more, instead of blending directly into the horse's side. The smudging is alright, but a crisper edge would give a more 'realistic' look. I like the idea of having the white dots to give the image a more magical feel, to make it moreso why don't you try setting the blend mode to overlay? It might make it blend a little better and add to the godly magic ^_^

On a final note, I lurf the text and it fits the image excellently. The concept is awesome too, I hope to see more of these in the future! Hopefully I wasn't too harsh =/ If you need help with anything, drop me line :)
